How to Get Wool and Sheep in Delverium
The developer's September 24 reply gives two ways to get sheep: occasionally find sheep or lambs in forests and capture them with a Small Net, or build a trough and look for lambs sold by Agnes the following day. Tamed sheep produce wool on a roughly one-to-two in-game-day cycle in that reply.

Route 1: capture sheep in the forest
- Search forests for sheep or lambs. The developer describes them as occasional, so a short search without one does not rule out the region.
- Use a Small Net to capture one.
- Place the animal in a pen the game recognises as valid. The current community farming guide describes capturing and keeping animals in a valid pen.
- Allow one to two in-game days, then check for wool production.
Route 2: look for lambs from Agnes
- Build a trough.
- On the following in-game day, check the agronomist Agnes for lambs, following the September 24 developer reply.
- Keep the lamb in a valid pen and allow it to develop before expecting the tamed-sheep wool cycle.
Waiting for wool
The one-to-two-day cycle comes from the developer's French-language answer. It is a useful waiting interval for that Early Access state, not a guarantee of a particular quantity on every day in every build.
The same answer says Agnes may sell wool daily after you first discover it. Check her stock after that first discovery if you need another supply route.
If neither route gives wool yet
Check whether you have a sheep or a lamb, whether the pen is valid, and whether enough in-game days have passed. If the merchant has no lamb, check that a trough exists and that you are checking on the following day. This guide does not prescribe a minimum pen area because the cited answer does not establish one.
